Reappointment of Judge Robert E. Grossman

The term of office of Robert E. Grossman, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Eastern District of New York, is due to expire on April 18, 2022. The United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit is considering the reappointment of Judge Grossman to a new term of office and has determined that he appears to merit reappointment subject to public notice and opportunity for public comment.

Members of the bar and the public are invited to submit comments for consideration by the Court of Appeals regarding the reappointment of Bankruptcy Judge Robert E. Grossman to a new term of office. All comments will be kept confidential and should be emailed to: BANKRUPTCY_EDNY_Comment@ca2.uscourts.gov. Comments must be received no later than September 10, 2021.
