Rachel currently serves as Co-Chair of the Restructuring Group at the Debevoise firm.
Rachel has more than 20 years of experience representing debtors, creditors, equity holders, and other parties in various restructuring matters, including Chapter 11 cases, out-of-court workouts, cases under PROMESA (Puerto Rico’s restructuring law), and cross-border insolvency proceedings.
Rachel joins Vincent Indelicato, Global Co-Chair of Restructuring at Proskauer Rose LLP, who will

propel the committee toward greater success advancing the careers of our members and the
administration of justice in the Bankruptcy courts.
Federal Bar Council President, Shawn Patrick Regan, remarked, “We are deeply grateful to outgoing co-chair, Eric Fisher of Binder & Schwartz LLP, for his tireless dedication, service to the courts and significant contributions to our committee, including its growth. It is a credit to Eric’s servant-leadership that we have such dynamic leaders like Rachel to continue the work of the Bankruptcy Committee. We look forward to Rachel and Vincent’s leadership advancing the administration of justice and supporting the development of the next generation of great bankruptcy lawyers in the Second Circuit.”
