November 2021 Issue of the Federal Bar Council Quarterly

The Federal Bar Council is pleased to publish the September/October/November 2021 Issue of the Federal Bar Council Quarterly. This issue is the first of the Quarterly’s 29th year of publication, a remarkable milestone.

This issue features articles about the Second Circuit’s annual Summer Teacher’s Institute, new Circuit Judge Eunice Lee, the Council’s new Access to Counsel Project, the inaugural class of the When There Are Nine Scholars, Judge Martha Mills, the origin and ongoing work of the Katzmann Study Group, and the trials of the “Scottsboro Boys.” The full issue is available for download below.
