Memorial Service for Robert B. Fiske, Jr.

The Federal Bar Council, with support from Davis Polk, the American College of Trial Lawyers and the Fiske Association, is pleased to invite members of the bar to join us in honoring and celebrating the life of Robert B. Fiske, Jr.

Mr. Fiske served as Federal Bar Council President from 1982 through 1984, US Attorney for the Southern District of New York from 1976 to 1980, President (and longtime Fellow) of the American College of Trial Lawyers, and in numerous other significant appointed roles in service to the Judiciary, the Bar, the State and the Nation. Over a 70-year legal career his passion for mentoring and pro bono work remained paramount. His affiliation with Davis Polk began in 1955 upon receiving his law degree and continued for the rest of his career, always returning after his stints in government.
