The Federal Bar Council provides a diverse array of high-quality CLE programs. These programs allow attendees to hear from federal judges and experts in the bar with experience in areas important to all lawyers who practice in the federal courts. The Council holds an average of 40 CLE programs annually for experienced and newly admitted attorneys. These include regular CLE programs, our Trial Advocacy and Appellate Advocacy Workshops, Law Clerk Videoconferences, programs presented during the Fall Bench & Bar Retreat the Winter Bench & Bar Conference, and on-demand Webinars. The Council strives to present programs in all the categories required by the NYS CLE Board: Ethics and Professionalism, Skills, Law Practice Management, Areas of Professional Practice, and Diversity, Inclusion and Elimination of Bias.
All regular CLE programs are offered to Council members free of charge. A fee of $150 per CLE program is charged for nonmembers.
